UMass Dartmouth Flasher Is Back

There was another flashing incident this morning at UMass Dartmouth.  For the four time in the past three weeks, there was another reported incident.  UMass Dartmouth police say this morning's incident happened at about 9:15am in the area Lot 16.  The flasher was reportedly carrying a blue/green LL Bean backpack and was wearing a gray hoodie and sweatpants.  Campus police also said there was a similar incident reported at noontime on Friday near Lot 3.

Today's flashing was not the first time this has happened in Lot 16.  There was a reported incident at that same lot on October 19th at 1:15pm.  A fourth incident happened 10 days ago in the area of Lot 14.

Police are asking for your help in finding this serial flasher.
