Students of UMass Dartmouth are being allowed to return to campus today.   They will also be allowed to move back into Pine Dale Hall where accused Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev lived.   Many of the out of town students forced off campus on Friday were put up for the past two nights at the Best Western Hotel on Route 6 in Dartmouth.   The campus was evacuated when it was learned that Tsarnaev was on the campus as recently as this past week, after the bombing happened.  Many of the students thought the evacuation orders would only last a few hours.   A bomb squad was sent in to comb the area and the dorm, and the investigation was wrapped-up yesterday.
