Tuna, Health In A Can
We all know that seafood is good for you. Fish has been coined “brain food”. Living here on the Southcoast, we have access to the freshest and most delicious seafood in the world. The health benefits of seafood include increased brain function to clearer skin. A great way to include seafood in your diet frequently without in depth preparation or high cost, Tuna! •2-3 cans of light tuna
•1 bag of edamame (no shell)
•1/4 c. smart balance mayo
•1/4 c. plain Greek yogurt
•1 tsp. garlic powder
•1 tsp. paprika
•1/2 tsp. black pepper
•1 tsp chili powder
•cayenne powder (to taste)
1.Boil edamame according to directions on the package.
2.Squeeze all the liquid from the tuna.
3.In a bowl mix the smart balance and yogurt with all the seasoning.
4.Mix tuna into the spicy mayo making sure to mix it well.
5.When edamame is done, mix into the tuna.
6.Divide your portions and store in the refrigerator.
