When it comes to working out, music is key. You have to find the right style and the right emotion to truly channel yourself into your gym sesh. It even goes as far as a wasted workout if I forget my headphones!

The best part is being able to channel your inner zen and connect with your choice of music. Only then will this chemistry produce the best results.

I understand that no one is the same and that we all have our own taste in music and certain genres motivate us differently.
