“I’m going to spend more time with family and friends.” “I will definitely exercise more often.” “I’m going to lose weight this year.” I’m finally going to get out of debt.” “This is the year I’ll quit smoking and quit drinking.” “I’m going to get organized and enjoy life more.” How many of those resolutions have you broken over the years?
Good intentions that are much easier said than done. Why don’t we just make some resolutions that are more attainable? How about “I’m going to gain weight.” I’m going to save less money.” “I will not exercise.” Try those this time around and avoid the disappointment of breaking those resolutions during the first week of January.
