Throwing A Cup Of Boiling Water In Below Freezing Temperature [VIDEO]

This morning on the FUN Morning Show, we discussed what would happen if we tossed a cup of water into freezing cold temps.  What would happen?  Would it turn to ice on the spot?  Maybe we should try it to find out.

With the Polar Vortex hitting the U.S. and certain parts reaching degrees well below zero, some people with a lot of time on their hands try to have a little fun!
