The Tom Brady effect at Apponequet

What a night for Apponequet on Friday under the lights.

They got their first win, after making a substitution for a freshman QB! Sounds a little bit like when Patriots QB Drew Bledsoe went down and was replaced by who? Tom Brady!

After an injury to starting fullback Brent Dixon, senior starting QB Cobi Desrosiers was moved to fullback at halftime, and freshman QB Chace Gorman stepped in to help give AHS their first win of the season over New Bedford Voc!

Gorman even went on to throw the go-ahead touchdown pass to senior James Sferrazza to make it 14-7, and they went on to win 21-7 for the first time this year!
