The Spatula, Episode 1: Nacho Average Nachos [VIDEO]

Nineteen restaurants, 19 different nacho dishes, one Golden Spatula.

Last week, I posted the restaurant finalist (according to the good people of the SouthCoast) who were recognized for having exquisite nachos in a poll.

The results are in, and after two local restaurants went head to head, the votes flopping back and forth, one restaurant came out on top. Nearly 3,000 people voted on their favorite signature plate of nachos, whether you considered them an appetizer or an entree, and the winner, coming in with 27 percent (making it the majority of the 19 restaurants participating in the voting), is no other than...

CONGRATULATIONS! You are the first official winner of "The Spatula" for the 2018 Nacho Average Nachos on the SouthCoast award. The restaurant received a special spatula, presented by me, Gazelle, to hang with pride for all to see.
