“The Notebook” TV Series In The Works

Entertainment Weekly just announced that "The Notebook" is set to become a television series on The CW channel. The series, based on the romantic drama, will follow the relationship between the beloved main characters, Noah and Allie. Their love story will be set against a backdrop of "racial politics, economic inequities, and social mores of post-World War II of the late 1940s in North Carolina," EW reports.

I'm not sure that Ryan Gosling will star in the TV series (or Rachel McAdams), sorry ladies! Hopefully the new actors have the same passionate chemistry the original Noah and Allie had.
