This is Flank99, as he's known on YouTube. He's giving us the latest weather and disaster updates right from the comfort of his bedroom. All these current weather guys think they have to put on a fancy suit in order to give us updates, ha! This guy gives us more facts in a t-shirt than they do in their stuffy Armani.
