It's time to get into the BEST shape of your life!

A lot of people are not happy about the recent installation of the "spiked cobblestones" in Downtown New Bedford.

The mayor's solution to prevent panhandling in that area is an unpopular fix. Locals are criticizing the expensive project, calling it a "waste of the city's time and money," and that it overshadowed more important matters that should have been addressed before the stones were set in ground.

Well, I disagree.

The installation of these rotated stones actually spawned a brand new, trendy workout! Just think of it this way: it's easy to do push-ups or squats on a flat surface...why not add to the challenge by doing them on a jagged rough edge?!

In the video above, I demonstrate all of the workouts that could possibly (but unlikely) change your life.

Mark my words... these healthy alternative exercises are going to be the next big thing to happen to this city. So shed a little light on the fact that perhaps these sideways cobblestones could be healthier to the public, instead of harmful.

[WARNING: DO NOT ACTUALLY ATTEMPT THESE WORKOUTS ANYWHERE ON THE RUGGED MEDIAN AT ANYTIME, NO MATTER HOW TEMPTED YOU MAY GET.]
