We love delicious side dishes at the Thanksgiving dinner table. Thanks to Erin Tracey-Fernandes of New Bedford who shared with us on Facebook a favorite for the kids. This is a great idea and great recipe!

Ingredients:
1 Butternut Squash
1 can of Organic Pumpkin Puree
3 TBSP of Butter (or Margarine)
Dark Brown Sugar (optional)

Cube butternut squash
Boil squash until tender... drain...mash...
add 1 can of Organic pumpkin puree...mix with 3 tbsp of butter..and add dark brown sugar to your liking... easy & the kids love it
