Thanksgiving Recipe: Butternut Pumpkin Squash

We love delicious side dishes at the Thanksgiving dinner table. Thanks to Erin Tracey-Fernandes of New Bedford who shared with us on Facebook a favorite for the kids. This is a great idea and great recipe!
Ingredients:
1 Butternut Squash
1 can of Organic Pumpkin Puree
3 TBSP of Butter (or Margarine)
Dark Brown Sugar (optional)
Cube butternut squash
Boil squash until tender… drain…mash…
add 1 can of Organic pumpkin puree…mix with 3 tbsp of butter..and add dark brown sugar to your liking… easy & the kids love it
