We're asking listeners to send in their favorite recipes for Thanksgiving to share.  Christine Paiva Stewart of Fairhaven sent in a recipe for a healthier dessert choice that doesn't compromise flavor! Crustless Pumpkin Pie (Weight Watchers)

WW Pumpkin Pie
(serves 8 at 150 calories per serving)

6 packages of Splenda
½ cup sugar
1/3 cup Bisquik (regular or heart smart)
2 TBSP reduced calorie margarine
1 (12 oz) can evaporated SKIM milk
2 eggs
1 can pumpkin
2 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice

TO DO:
Spray a deep dish pie pan with Pam spray.
Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor. (Food processor works best.)
Pour into pie pan, bake for 40-50 minutes at 350 degrees F.
