Teen Who’s Cover Of Katy Perry’s Roar Went Viral Has Died [VIDEO]

This is very sad news.   The Toronto girl that braved brain cancer with a positive spirit and a beautiful voice passed away yesterday.   Sixteen-year-old Olivia Wise, who recorded a video of the Katy Perry hit “Roar”, died at her family’s home.

After seeing Wise’s rendition of her song, Katy Perry recorded her own response to the teen.  “Olivia Wise, I can hear you singing with the angels now.  Your spirit and strength has inspired me & so many others…May you rest in peace,” Perry tweeted today.
