The man accused of trespassing near the Westerly, Rhode Island home of Taylor Swift was in court this morning.  22-year-old Lucas Vorsteveld was arrested on Lighthouse Road last week.  It's reported that he told police he was trying to swim up to the singer's Watch Hill property.   Westerly police said Vorsteveld was seen coming our of some bushes near Swift's mansion at about 2 a.m.   He was arrested for trespassing on a private road.  Taylor Swift was not home at the time.  Today the case was filed for one year, with a "no contact" order.  Vorsteveld was also ordered to pay court costs.
