Get the Kleenex out everybody!

Naomi Oakes had planned to attend Taylor Swift’s Phoenix, Arizona concert after getting tickets as a Christmas present.

The 11-year-olds plans drastically changed after she was diagnosed with acute myelogenous leukemia on June 25.

Doctors declared the little girl hospital bound and due to her aggressive cancer treatments she would have to stay in the hospital for at least six months. The diagnosis meant that Naomi could no longer attend her idol’s Aug. 18 concert.

So her loved ones made a video chronicling Naomi’s story and posted it on YouTube in the hopes of getting the singer’s attention.

After the video was posted it went viral and #TeamNaomi was trending on social media. Eventually, T-Swift got the message.

Two days after the video was posted Swift donated $50,000 to the little girl’s GoFundMe page and wrote: "To the beautiful and brave Naomi, I'm sorry you have to miss it, but there will always be more concerts.

Way to go,Taylor!
