Taunton Restaurant Goes On The Auction Block

A popular Bristol County restaurant is going up on the auction block.

Benjamin's Restaurant in Taunton is set to be sold next month at a live auction.

Back in May, the owners at Benjamin's Restaurant filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy.

During that time, the restaurant was approximately $300,000 in debt.

According to WJAR 10, the auction is set for Sept. 23, 2015.
