There are several major meteor showers that appear in the sky annually, and the Lyrid showers are expected to appear between tonight and tomorrow.

USA Today reported that the Taurid meteor shower is back for a visit! You can see them anytime this month, but prime time viewing is from Thursday, November 5th - Thursday, November 12th. Get away from the city lights for an hour or so and you could catch a glimpse of two - 10 meteors burning bright through the night sky...
