One of the two juveniles being sought by Fall River Police for a Monday stabbing near Talbot Middle School is in custody.

Lt. Ronald Furtado says that the 14-year-old male was accompanied by a guardian when he surrendered to detectives at the Fall River Police Department Tuesday night.

The juvenile had outstanding arrest warrants for Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon Causing Substantial Injury, Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon (Shod Foot), Affray and Tresspass.

He was held on $10,000 cash bail and was scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday morning in Fall River Juvenile Court.
