Sympathy for the Great White Shark Found Dead on Southcoast Beach

I do not share my co-host's hatred for the poor Great White Shark that was found dead on an area beach over the weekend.  

It's been speculated that the 13- footer may have drowned as it swam to close to shore and did not get the proper oxygen.   Michael Rock and Larry feel the big fish got what was coming to him or her.   I disagree.

The shark lives in the ocean.   No where else does it attack either the seals, or in some very tragic instances, people.   The great white does not come into our space and hunt us.  By the time is was on the beach it had already died.    I was truly sorry to hear that the shark had died.   I'd never want to meet one up close in the ocean, but then again, I would not swim in the ocean if I knew a great white was in the neighborhood.
