Suspected New Bedford Arsonist Found Dangerous

NEW BEDFORD - A New Bedford man facing charges of arson has been deemed dangerous.

The Bristol County District Attorney's Office says Jose DeBrito was ordered held without bail following a dangerousness hearing in New Bedford District Court Thursday.

DeBrito is charged with setting fire to two homes within hours of each other earlier this month.

DeBrito will return to court on November 15 for a probable cause hearing.
