The first and only supermoon of 2017 will be visible on Sunday, December 3rd.

A supermoon appears bigger and brighter than normal because it's closer to Earth. According to NPR, the best time to see this celestial event is at 3:45 Monday morning (December 4th). However, the moon will still appear to be bigger and brighter just after sunset Sunday night.
