If you've watched Mean Girls as many times as me, you might not believe the recent study that says boys are even meaner.

According to Time.com, a study by the University of Georgia collected data from 620 students between middle school and high school in different Georgia school districts. They found that boys not only have more physical aggression, but relational aggression too.

In fact, when it comes to violent acts, boys and girls were almost even, with 55% of boys and 45% of girls committing physical bullying. Talking behind someone's back, spreading a rumor, or any other emotional bullying had boys at 66.7% and girls at only 33.3%.

Basically, a Mean Boys movie would have been just as crazy and even more cruel.

However, the findings aren't a sure thing. Not only was the sample size relatively small and limited to one region of America, but the students had to self-report physical and relational aggression, whether they were the victim or the bully. So, the data could be off a bit.
