It's cold and flue season, but one brand of children's cough medicine is getting pulled from the shelves at Stop & Shop.

Stop & Shop says they are recalling Care One Children's Mucus Relief Cough because it has incorrect markings that could potentially lead to an overdose.

Only the 4oz cherry flavor of the kids cold medicine is affected. The product has UPC 34152031837 with an expiration date of 3/17.

Stop & Shop says no illnesses have been reported and they have removed the product from store shelves. If you already have the product in your home, you are advised to throw it away and bring your receipt for a refund at any Stop & Shop location.

The recall effects more than 500 stores in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jersey and New York.
