Star Wars fans have the perfect excuse to see some baseball this weekend.

The PawSox are playing a home stretch at McCoy Stadium in Pawtucket, RI and this weekend will welcome the Indianapolis Indians to town.

There are games Friday, Saturday and Sunday versus the Indians, but on Saturday night you can see some Star Wars Fireworks after the game.

Fans are also encouraged to dress as their favorite Star Wars characters for the game!

This is actually the 7th annual Stars Wars night at the ballpark, so it's clearly a hit! If you have a Star Wars fan in your life, take them to see some baseball this Saturday.

The weather is looking perfect for an evening baseball game, with highs in the lower 70s in Pawtucket on Saturday.

The PawSox say there will also be dozens of Star Wars characters roaming the ballpark for kids (and adults) to meet and take photos with throughout the game

And after the game, the skies over McCoy Stadium will light up with a fireworks display set to the music of Star Wars.

There are tons of great events at McCoy all season long, including a Beatles Fireworks display on June 23rd and Stephon Gilmore of the New England Patriots making an appearance on June 21st.

Plus the team has a new partnership with CVS Health where kids are free for games Monday - Thursday all season long.
