There was a stabbing last night at Lebeau's Tavern on Tarkiln Hill Road, New Bedford Sunday night. The bar fight happened at around 10pm. A 33 year old New Bedford man was stabbed in the shoulder and back. He was brought to Beth Israel Hospital in Boston. His wounds are not considered life threatening.

A second male, 33 year old Seth Debortoli of South Dartmouth, has been arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. New Bedford Police say Debortoli hit a 22 year old female bartender with a pool cue stick, but she was not hurt.
