At the Alden Road Dunkin Donuts in Fairhaven, you'll find the sweetest lady who loves her customers as much as she does her job.

Her name is Paula Rapoza.

Paula has been with Dunkin' for quite some time and always gives her job 100 percent. Most people who have been to this particular Dunkin' Donuts have seen Paula in action, always hustling around and taking orders as quick as she can, all with a smile on her face.

Opening the beloved New England coffee shop is a big deal around here, since most people depend on their hot (or cold) cup of java before heading into work. It's one of the busiest times of the day, and the customers have high expectations of the Dunkin' employees.

This is no problem for Paula.

As the early birds arrive in shop or through the drive thru, itching for a coffee roll and a "cup o' regular," Paula has no hesitation to fulfill any order that gets thrown her way.

Dedication is an underrated quality. Let's not forget about Michael Laliberte from Dartmouth, who gave a raving rant that just so happened to include her:

On Friday, Paula, her kids and a bunch of her family and friends are planning on heading to Canobie Lake Park in New Hampshire.

To say "thank you" for her kindness and hard work, I decided to take a drive to see her while she was working, and surprise her with a bouquet of flowers and some tickets to the amusement park for her and her kids. Trust me when I say that it was the least we could do for her.

If you ever get the chance to visit the Alden Road location, be sure to pop your head in to say hello to Paula. It's not everyday that great customer service gets recognized, so let's appreciate those who give their all, simply to put a smile on someone's face.

Just as Paula Rapoza does for her customers, each and every day.
