Snow Is On The Way, Everybody’s Reaction [VIDEO]

We all know someone like this. It just so happens that this person in my life is my mom. She has always been like this when it snows. It does not matter if it's 6 inches or 3 Feet, it's the same reaction every time. Also, conveniently it's always the same two items. Do you know someone who handles some snow like this? We live in New England and it's January. A natural occurrence is snow, when the temp drops below 32..chill.
