Sleep. I love it. More often than not, I can't get enough of it.

And a new study shows that many of us may not be getting as much sleep as is recommended by slumber experts. In fact, the way we fall asleep and wake up is changing radically, too.

This study revealed several interesting statistics, such as we're sleeping on average about seven hours per night. That's one hour less than the recommended amount. But with so much to do these days, who has time for sleep?

Also, more and more of us are going to bed with our smartphones in hand. I know I do. It's the last thing I check before drifting off into dreamland. But the experts say many of us become entranced by the glow of the small screens, and we waste valuable time trolling Facebook instead of catching some shuteye. Wait....wasn't technology supposed to make our lives easier? So much for that.

With all of these changing habits, wouldn't you want just one thing to ensure a great night's sleep? Check out my friends over at Worleybeds Factory Outlet. They've got what you need to keep you well rested, no matter how much your sleep patterns change.
