My Progress on the Releana Diet!
Week One: Okay, So like I promised, I wanted to keep a weekly report of my progress on the Releana Weight loss program that I am doing through the Agape Weightloss Center in Fall River. I Started the diet on Tuesday, February 2nd and went through the full physical where they gave me my BMI in detail. Needless to say, I was a little depressed knowing my numbers, but determined to give it a shot, especially after hearing of success stories from all of the women who worked there, including Mona who has lost 50 lbs to date and looks like a completely different woman.
I am totally looking forward to seeing some improvement. Keep checking back for weekly updates and click on the link above to read about how you can get started on the Releana Weightloss Program at Agape!
Week Two: My first weigh in was exactly one week after my start of the diet, but your first two days don't technically count because those are what you call "Fatloading" days. I know it sounds wierd but you fuel your body to carry you through the program. So drum roll please......................I lost 5.2 pounds. I am ecstatic. I've been really good at resisting any temptations to cheat and it shows!
Week Three: Another four pounds lost for a total of 9 lbs in two weeks. I have maintained the healthy eating throughout the diet and taken my daily vitamins which are not only encouraged, but necessary! My next weigh in in on Tuesday, February 23rd. The great thing about the diet is that, once you start losing the weight, it becomes addictive, so you don't even want the junk you used to have. And I was a chocolate addict. I keep telling myself though that it's not like I'll never have chocolate again...just not right now. Besides I'm on a hot streak. I still work out 5 days a week and the diet has become a routine for me. It's getting easier by the day! Size 6's in the back of my closet...here I come!
Week Four: So a total of 14lbs lost for the month. I was at Agape this Tuesday and had my weigh in as well as vital signs checked. Not only will Mona counsel you through the diet when you meat with her, they also check your BP to make sure that you are healthy and doing the proper things to make the weightloss a healthy process, including vitamin supplements. The Releana pill form actually includes B-12 which will give you energy so you don't crash mid-week. My goal is another 11 pounds at least for the month of March. I'll keep you posted!
Week Five: Additional three pounds lost for week 5. A total for 17lbs this week.
Week Six: Weighed in at Agape and just about 2.6 pounds lost for a total of 19.5 pounds. I was also measured and have lost 10 inches total. My Biceps look more defined. I lost 1.5 inches in my upper arms, 3 inches in my bustline, about 2-3 inches in my Waist line and my thighs are each down two inches. My old pants don't fit anymore. I am officially down a full size and back into my dress pants I haven't worn in three years. Call Mona at Agape if you want to join the likes of me in the fearless battle against fat!
Weeks 7 & 8: So by end of April at my final weigh in, I had lost my goal of 25 lbs, losing the last four pounds in week 8. I feel great. I have gone from a size 12 to size 8. I'm wearing clothes I haven't worn in three years! Very exciting for my near 5'7 height to be at this size and weight. 25 lbs in 2 months!
