This morning on The Rock and Fox Show, we talked about how the Vatican in Rome is home to a brand new McDonald's restaurant.  How does the large Catholic community here on the Southcoast feel about this news?

Sources say there are many church officials who are not happy about the new fast food restaurant being so close to the Vatican.  They feel the space could have been used for charities and helping the needy.  The new McDonald's can been seen from as far as Saint Peter's Square.

The Vatican will be receiving roughly 30 thousand dollars per month in rent from the fast food giant.  So now the Pope, Bishops, clergy and church staff can enjoy a Big Mac and fries everyday if they want and they can also enjoy the fish fillet during lent :)
