Serial Flasher At Brandeis University

It looks like the UMass Dartmouth Flasher has some competition!

According to Fox25, the serial flasher at Brandeis University has now committed his sixth offense.The incidents started in November but there are no reports prior to that.

Tuesday night at the intersection of South Street and Highland Street the flasher exposed himself to student. Students and others who live in the area told FOX25 they will be keeping an eye out as they walk around.
