It was a World Series bet that went very right for Red Sox fans and could score you a free LA-area taco.

Boston.com is reporting that tomorrow, November 9th, Red Sox fans in their Red Sox gear can score free tacos from Los Angeles at Faneuil Hall.

It's the result of a World Series bet made between Faneuil Hall and Tacos Tumbras a Tomas.

Obviously with the Sox winning the series, the folks at Faneuil Hall have won the bet and that means the popular vendor from Los Angeles' Grand Central Market are bringing their tacos to towns and serving them up for free at MIJA Cantina & Tequila Bar in Boston tomorrow.

The carne asada tacos will be made by chef Tomas Martinez of Tacos Tumbras a Tomas with locally sourced ingredients from MIJA Cantina.

Supplies will be limited, so make sure you are there early to take advantage if this deal sounds good to you.

Free tacos start being handed out at 11 a.m. and go until 1 p.m. (or supplies run out).

You must be wearing Red Sox gear to get a free taco and be prepared for some long lines.

The bet not only got Boston fans free food, it also scored two great charities a ton of money.

The two food hall's bet $1000 charitable donation for every home run the opposing team hit.

So Faneuil Hall is donating $8,000 to Pitching in for Kids in honor of the Dodgers eight series home runs and Grand Central Market will donate $6,000 to Team Rubicon for the Red Sox six homers.
