National Nurses Week

Happy Nursing week to all the nurses on the South Coast.

On the South Coast, the health care field employs many and I mean many of our residents with good paying jobs. I would hate to think what our local economy would be without the health care jobs we have. Many of these jobs are in nursing

In fact many of FUN 107's listeners are woman and men of all ages who work as nurses. And we would not be as successful as we are  if it wasn't for them listening every day over the years

May 6 and May 12 is National Nurses Week, a week set aside to celebrate and recognize the men and woman who have dedicated their lives to nursing.

I am lucky enought to know some great nurses and I can't tell you how proud I am of them and the work they do every day .

To all my nursing friends , Thank you for all that you do every day !  You are the best ! Happy Nurses week .
