Do you like the Catwalk? I know, some of us here at FUN frequented this New Bedford nightspot over the years.

The Catwalk Bar and Grill will reopen as an Irish pub in March, part of a rebranding prompted by the loss of business during the Route 18 construction, owner Barry Flynn said, according to Southcoast Today.

The new bar will be named Slainte - which translates to health and is a common Irish drinking toast. There will also be DJ's playing music, as well televisions so you can watch the big game.

When Slainte opens, it will be the third Irish pub in Downtown New Bedford. Hibernia and The Celtic are already well known to locals.
