Salt Water Taffy Named America’s Favorite Summer Candy

Your dentist will be happy to learn that salt water taffy has been chosen by Americans as their favorite summer candy.   An online candy store recently conducted a survey that asked respondents "What is Your Favorite Summertime Candy?"

Salt Water Taffy was number one with more than 25 percent of the vote.  Gummy Bears came in second, followed by Jelly Fruit Slices, then Tootsie Rolls, and Sour Patch Kids rounding out the top 5.
