Thousands of cases of Sabra hummus have been recalled due to possible listeria contamination.

Sabra brand hummus in 25 varieties have been pulled from store shelves nationwide after a voluntary recall from Sabra Dipping Co.

The recall affects all flavors of Sabra hummus products with a "best before" date of January 23, 2017 or earlier. The products were shipped across the U.S. and Canada.

Sabra organic hummus, salsa, guacamole and Greek yogurt dips were not affected by this recall.

The Food and Drug Administration says the listeria was identified at the manufacturing facility, but not the final product. Sabra says no illnesses have been reported.

The company made a similar recall in 2015 as well.
