Engineers have created a robot that takes no prisoners and feels no pity or remorse when it comes to the old game of Rock, Paper, Scissors.   The University of Tokyo designed robot wins the game 100% of the time.

The key to the 'bot's success is the fact it can see at 1,000 frames per second, compared to human's 30 frames at best.   The machine can read the opponents' hands as they're about to choose between the game's three choices, and counteract in less than the blink of an eye.   The robot can also move 33 times faster than humans.  Click below to watch the video.
