Police say an intruder from Rhode Island has been living on Jennifer Lopez's property in the Hamptons for the past week.   Police say that Lopez had an order of protection against 49-year-old John Dubis.

Workers found Dubis on the Water Mill Mansion property on August 8th and called police.  He was arraigned on the 9th and charged with burglary, criminal contempt, stalking and possession of burglar tools.  He is being held on $100,000 bail and is due back in court on August 28th.

Jennifer Lopez bought the 3-acre Water Mill mansion back in April.   She was not at the property during the time Dubis was there.
