It appears New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady is not ready to roll over and accept the 4-game suspension reinstated today by the second circuit of the U.S. District Court of Appeals.

two options Brady has left to fight the Deflategate discipline are to have the appeal heard again by the entire second circuit or request that it be sent to the Supreme Court.

While it's still very unclear what will happen from here, it appears evident that Brady will not go down without a fight.
