The Providence Performing Arts Center has announced the lineup for the 2018/2019 season.

Headlining the lineup is the wildly popular Broadway musical, Hamilton, as well as Anastasia, Phantom of the Opera, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Miss Saigon, Cats, School of Rock, Waitress: The Musical, The Band's Visit, The Book of Mormon, Jersey Boys, the percussion sensation STOMP, Boston Pops Esplanade Orchestra, and Manheim Steamroller Christmas. The PPAC is celebrating its 90th season this year.  Opening in October of 1928, the Providence Performing Arts Center has been a staple of the city since the very beginning and its maintained relevancy and popularity ever since. Originally opening in the Loew's State Theater Movie Palace, the PPAC has been putting on performances for all different age groups for decades.  Their official anniversary celebration will be held on October 13th.  It will feature an entire day of activities and events for all ages. We will have more details about the anniversary event as we draw closer.
