Popular TA Restaurant in Fall River Shutdown For Salmonella Testing

One of Fall River's most popular Portuguese restaurants was shutdown yesterday.  The Fall River Herald reports that the State Health Inspectors will spend tomorrow looking for signs of salmonella bacteria in the South Main Street restaurant after a customer got sick in a suspected case of food poisoning.

Employees have already been tested.
