Police Investigate Pair of Shootings in Fall River

FALL RIVER - Fall River Police are probing two shootings last night.

According to The Herald News, an unidentified victim was hospitalized after apparently being struck by gunfire before 8:30 P.M. Thursday. The victim may have been shot in the head. Their condition is unknown at this time.

Dispatch reports placed the second shooting just after 10 P.M. off of Slade Street. Police said an injured man was being taken to St. Anne's Hospital. Fall River Police were able to locate and place one suspect in custody, but were still looking for another suspect in the area of Maplewood Park.
