The NFL Player's Association is appealing Tom Brady's four-game "Deflategate" suspension.

The New England Patriots quarterback was suspended for the first four games of the 2015 season for violating the "integrity of the game."

Findings from a three-month investigation determined that it was more probable than not that some Patriots personnel purposefully deflated footballs used in the AFC Championship Game against the Colts below league standards, and that Brady was at least generally aware.

Brady's agent called the findings ridiculous with no legitimate merit. The NFL now has one week to appoint an arbitrator to hear the appeal. The Patriots were also fined one-million-dollars and docked two future draft picks.  (Metro Networks Inc.)
