The school did not know that 5-year-old Nailla Robinson was missing until 6 hours after she was abducted by a stranger.

But the young child was found this morning by a man in a nearby park under some bleachers and is being treated for hypothermia.    Police say the little girl told them a stranger took her from the Philadelphia elementary school yesterday.  She was blindfolded and taken to a house.  Nailla said a teenage girl then took her from the house to the playground.

As the video shows, the girl was taken from the school at about 8:50 a.m. by a woman who had her face covered with a black piece of Cloth.   The school did not know she was gone until her day care went to pick her up at the end of the day.   Nailla's mother dropped her off at 8:45 a.m. and said that the woman who took her daughter told the teacher that she was Nailla's mom.   Police say the abductor knew Nailla by name, and there was a substitute teacher in the classroom.   The school district meanwhile has released a statement saying the proper procedures at the elementary school were not followed.
