You can help the PawSox become world record holders tonight at McCoy Stadium.

If you've always wanted to be a world record holder, then you should head to McCoy Stadium in Pawtucket tonight as the PawSox try to break the record for the largest game of catch.

Fans are invited to get down on the field after tonight's 6:05 p.m. game against Buffalo and participate in the giant game of catch on the outfield grass.

You can also pre-register to be on the field on Mondor Way before the game.

The goal is to get 1,059 people playing catch after the game. (The current world record is held by the Cincinnati Reds, who had 1,058 people playing catch on July 9, 2015.)

And after catch, there will be the last fireworks show of the season.
