Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett Officially Members Of The Nets

Here is a sight, to me, that is tough to swallow, especially regarding Paul Pierce.

Paul, KG, and Jason Terry were introduced to the public by the Brooklyn Nets yesterday. While they SEEM happier than the group of players that The Boston Celtics acquired in the trade, something tells me they aren't totally happy with the situation, especially Pierce, who I think thought he would end up like Larry Bird, Kevin McHale and Bill Russell, Celtics for LIFE.

Oh well, on to the next era of Celtics basketball. We can all look forward to when the Celtics give Paul Peirce a one day contract and then retire his number up to the rafters of the TD Garden.
