Even though it was a big game for the New England Patriots last night, they still found time to include a touching tribute to Bengal player Devon Still's daughter.

We came here to play a football game with an opposing team, and I didn’t expect them to show the support that they did today. It was amazing what they did today. It shows this fight is more than about football. Everybody is trying to chip in and step up for the cause.

For Still and his daughter, Leah, it's been a rough few months since she was diagnosed with pediatric cancer in June. However, the Still family has seen tremendous support all over the NFL including donations for cancer research with every Devon Still jersey sale.

A few weeks ago I talked about New Orleans Saints coach Sean Payton buying 100 Still jerseys to support the cause, and last night the Pats showed their support in a big way. According to NESN.com, the video tribute to Leah Still played on the Gillette Stadium jumbotron during the third quarter, while Patriots cheerleaders donned his number 75 Bengals jersey.

Still said, “We came here to play a football game with an opposing team, and I didn’t expect them to show the support that they did today. It was amazing what they did today. It shows this fight is more than about football. Everybody is trying to chip in and step up for the cause.”

The Patriots gave their support to the Still family in more than one way. Patriots owner Robert Kraft donated $25,000 to the Cincinnati Children's Hospital in Leah's name to help with pediatric cancer research and treatment.

The story gets better, too. They said last night that, while she isn't 100% cancer free yet, Leah is doing much better now and is expected to lead a normal life.
