Halloween is coming and nothing beats a good do-it-yourself costume. Seven-year-old Anthony Alfano might have the best ones though.

Anthony has Cerebral Palsy, is non-verbal and is in a wheel chair, which makes it hard to find Halloween costumes. That's why his parents just make them on their own! The story on Inside Edition shows how every year they make an epic costume for Anthony!

Anthony's Mother Deanna said,

“People started really responding to Anthony’s costumes and expecting it every year,” said Deanna. “My husband growing up was really into Halloween so it just kind of snowballed.”
