Owner Abandons Pups At LAX

Two poodles were left behind at LAX Airport recently because their owner didn't want to fork over the shipping fees to have them go home with her.

The fees to bring her dogs home with her were about $200 per dog, and the owner decided it wasn't worth it. The dogs, Sorullo and Tulip, were confused when their owner left them behind at the airport. They were both taken to the local animal shelter and one, Tulip, was adopted.

I'm so disappointed in this "owner" for just leaving her animals behind!! Who does that?! There had to be a better way...or maybe she could have researched the fees before getting into this situation? I'm also bummed that the two dogs, were were used to one another, weren't able to be adopted together. What a sad situation! Hopefully poor Sorullo gets adopted soon too!
